monday day 7

Tom and Ross left at 553, a sleep in day, Jen and I left at 753, 7 degrees. Banff was faboulous specially seeing family that came from Calgary. Thanks again.
The Boys took 1a to Cochrane. lovely rolling hills, temp went to 10,saw deer, horse rooming on the side of the road, cows in the distance. Beutiful scenery all around specially turning back looking at Banff. Jen and I met them 3km outside Cochrane fed them oranges and bananas. By 945 104 km they rolled into a friendly java coffee shop and a snack and then found a motel Bow River Inn.
WE emptied the van ,men vacuumed and washed. Then they cleaned bikess, rested. headed out for lunch looked around town. Susan is picking Valerie up around 3 to take her to the airport, flies out at 6. Jen will be on her own we are called the S&S team support and shopping. Our new word for the trip is Georgous as thats how we feel about this part of Canada.
This is a rest day, so they will all be napping. I will miss them totally, the support , shopping and this scenery and of course my dear husband until about the 26 of june. Tomorrow they are heading to Morrin,now doing about 190 km and more each day for awhile. Jen sister and brother are coming this afternoon to help celebrate Ross 65 Birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROSS
