day 4

well the men were up by 4 left at 440 they started with a hill , with the sunrise, it was unbelievable. so we were in a gorgeous town called Chase last night , we saw mountain goats and a bald eagle the town is nestled down in between the mountains and the sun was out and about 15 in the afternoon.
Jenny and I left at 6, caught the men around 7 where we stopped at a timmies in Salmon Run. met them again at a esso around 945 we v&g had to turn around as it was the only place to stop and see them. weather improved went down to thier biking gear .
The scenery was beautiful V&J stopped every once and a while to take pictures following water,mountains,trains,on a windy rd mostly 1 lane. heading to Revelstoke another goreous town, trains going by every 10 min, beautiful with the mountains behind some with snow capped peaks .
Tom and Ross arrived at noon together in there canadian bike gear on looked great, both a bit tired , but in great shape,after biking 158km, rested a bit this afternoon . Jenny went for a run i went for a swim and hot tub, boys watching the hockey game thinking of you david. we went to the grocery store for some snacks and a lite dinner as we ate too well at dennys at 1. ,so we are going to snack in our rooms tonight and plan the next day as they are biking another 160km to Golden.
